A pole at home has been the best investment, it's allowed me to progress much faster then with just classes alone.<br>I own and use 45mm chrome x-poles. These are high quality poles and I recommend them.<br>In most my vids, the poles are on spinning mode. The poles rotate on ball bearings which allows me to keep spinning for so long. FYI spinning is not easier nor is it 'cheating'. It's actually more difficult to dance on a spinny than a static pole.<br><br>I have no dancing or athletic background. I could barely touch my toes before I started. So ANYONE can do this. It only requires commitment.<br><br>The pole dancing community on youtube really helped me with my dancing and has provided so much inspiration. <br><br>Please Note: <br>Pole Dancing is not stripping and stripping is not pole dancing!<br>For me it's a sport and an artistic and creative form of dance.
